Matt / Satin PU Finish 10% – 40% Sheen
If you’re looking to spray furniture with a natural look the Matt or Satin finish will be right for you. Spray Box uses only the highest quality paints and materials to achieve a perfectly smooth finish. The process involves coating with 1 coat of primer which gets sanded to perfect smoothness before 3 coats of paint are applied on top. We also apply printable edging to the sides of each MDF panel to ensure a high quality consistent finish.

High Gloss Polished PU or PET Finish
Our best finish giving a sleek and desirable luxury look and feel to every item. We use high quality materials and a proven painting formula to achieve the very best of results. The process involves coating with one coat of primer followed by fine sanding. Then 3 coats of paint, followed by fine polishing. Finally a single coat of clear lacquer finish is applied to the surface which gives the paint a sense of depth and further protects the paint. Everything is polished one more time and the item is ready to go. High quality Polyurethane paint is used as standard.
Note: We also offer high grade Polyester paint (PET) finishing which gives water-resistant qualities to the sprayed items, making them suitable for bathroom and wet room use.

Clear Lacquer PU Finish 10% – 100% Sheen
If your task is to enhance the beauty of the natural material the Clear Lacquer PU Finish is the way to go. Colours look deeper and more exuberant and the sleek finish gives a reassuring sense of completion to your items. The process starts with fine sanding of the detail followed by a layer of transparent primer. 3 coats of clear high-quality lacquer are sprayed on top and the item is ready for fine polishing if the high-gloss finish is required.

Staining (wood or veneer)
Applying wood stain can help you dramatically transform the look and feel of any solid wood or veneer material while preserving the beauty of its natural grain. Spray Box uses only high quality stain oils and our specialists are trained to match the colous with those of existing products. The process of staining involves fine sanding followed by application of the stain oil. Once the desired effect is achieved the stained detail usually receives a coat of clear primer and 3 coats of clear lacquer. A final set of polishing is applied if the high gloss finish is required.
